will continue to store the User’s data for the purpose of defending against possible claims for services. <\/p>\n\n

User revoked at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, <\/p>\n\n
which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The personal data controller may refuse to delete <\/p>\n\n
User’s personal data if there are prerequisites under the law. The user also has the right <\/p>\n\n
to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Rules <\/p>\n\n
related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 – 21 of the RODO Regulation, <\/p>\n\n
The rights of the User of the online store indicated in this section are not absolute and will not be<\/p>\n\n
